ご採用教科書関連データ提供について

弊社教科書をご採用いただいている先生方で、授業準備、試験問題作成、オンラインでの遠隔授業において教科書のデータ（文章、文字データ、画像、音声、動画など）が必要な場合は、下の＜同意事項＞を読んだあとに「同意する」にチェックを入れ、さらに必須な情報を記入してフォームを送信してください。

弊社教科書のデータを無償で提供することに関しては、予め著作権者の同意を得ているものがほとんどですが、万一、著作権者の同意がなく提供できない場合には、すみやかにお知らせいたします。

同意事項 / Agreement

  1. 本データを授業目的（試験問題作成を含む）以外に使用しないこと。
    The data may not be used for any purpose other than class purposes (including the preparation of examinations).
  2. 本データの使用は、担当教員個人専用パソコンに限るものとし、共用パソコンでは使用しないこと。
    Use of the data should be limited to the personal computer of the faculty member using it and should not be used on a shared computer.
  3. 本データの他人への譲渡・貸与をしないこと。
    The data may not be transferred to or shared with others.
  4. 本データ及び本データに基づいて作成された教材のデータを，学内のサーバー上にアップロードする場合には，担当クラスの学生のみが閲覧可能なページ（IDとパスワードにより，学内・学外よりアクセス可能なサイト）に限ること。
    When uploading the data, or other materials created based on the data, to a university’s server, it must be limited to a webpage that can be viewed only by students in the pertinent class (i.e., a webpage that can be accessed from within or outside the university with an ID and password).
  5. 本データを公開のサイトにアップロードしないこと。学内のサーバーであっても，大学の外部の者，担当クラス以外の学生が閲覧可能なサイト（公開サイト）にはアップロードしないこと。
    The data shall not be uploaded to a public website. Even if it is in the university’s server, do not upload it to a website (i.e., a public website) where it can be viewed by people outside the university or students outside your class.
  6. 本教材本データの使用期限は本日より，今回ご申請いただいた年度の末日までとし，使用期限後はデータを削除すること。
    This data can be used from today until the end of the school year (March 31) for which your application is made, and this data must be deleted no later than that date.
  7. 授業を受ける学生には該当教科書を購入させること。
    You must have the students in your class purchase the appropriate textbooks.
